Charlie Smallbone has been at the forefront of kitchen design since the 1980s, introducing modern day classics such as the hand-painted kitchen, which has been reproduced by hundreds of kitchen companies throughout the world. At Ledbury Studio this experience has culminated in his new collections. Using traditional artisan joinery methods, married with cutting edge modern design, Ledbury Studio's new collection blends the warmth and comfort of a traditional kitchen, with a very contemporary design ethic.
The ethos of the design is using good strong shapes which work together and engineered solutions that define boundaries with accuracy. The framework around each drawer and door panel originates from classic Georgian cock beading, allowing the introduction of an infinite variety of fascia panels for the kitchen fronts. Crisp sharp detailing combines with precisely defined interfaces to deliver a spectacular and sophisticated result - stylish, elegant and totally functional but different to anything else.
Craftsmanship
Craft is at the core of Ledbury Studio's designs. Every kitchen is hand made to order in the Wiltshire workshops using traditional joinery techniques. Using only the finest materials, each kitchen is built using timber hand selected for grade and quality, to meet the highest standards of quality and finish, ensuring your kitchen is built to last a lifetime.

Every kitchen is designed to suit the needs and lifestyle of each individual client. The process starts with a design consultation either in your home or the London showroom, and is all about listening to how you would like your kitchen to look and function, and then translating that brief into a beautiful kitchen. Installation service
Once your kitchen design has been finalised, your kitchen will be hand-built to order by our skilled joiners in our workshops, and then installed in your home by our experienced fitting teams.
