The Hampstead Heath Kitchen
Our client was undertaking a complete makeover of this elegant and spacious Edwardian house in Hampstead and wanted the kitchen to follow the contemporary but classic style of the rest of the house. Charlie designed a version of the Ledbury Shaker kitchen, bringing the style bang up to date with a modern cornice and specially designed aged brass handles. The colour palette is calm and muted in Shadow White , and there is a very serene feel to the kitchen with its beautifully made simple furniture. Storage and functionality were a priority so frame sizes on drawers were kept to a minimum to maximise cupboard space.
The use of luxurious materials in an understated way is the hallmark of this kitchen, so above the Wolf range is a cooker hood made with a textured Marmarino Venetian Plaster finish, and the beautiful bespoke double sink in Arabescato marble was specially designed to sit within the marble worktop. Ribbed glass was used in the drinks cabinet by the table and elsewhere to add to the modern touch in the rest of the kitchen.

The Master Bedroom, Bathroom and Dressing Room
A beautiful upholstered headboard was designed in natural oak with bedside tables to match, in this calm and serene master bedroom.
Adjoining the bedroom is a small kitchenette designed in walnut, to house a coffee machine and kettles etc, with a fridge area for cold drinks.
Walnut veneer continues the theme into the master bathroom for the vanities, with bespoke mirrored storage cupboards above , and walnut interiors specially crafted around a chimney brest to maximise storage space. Fabulous arabescato marble was used throughout for the bath surround , vanity tops and shower giving this dream bathroom the wow factor!
A bespoke dressing table was also designed from hard wearing teak, with aged brass insets. Our client wanted a vanity basin included , and bespoke compartments lined in leather were designed within the drawers to tidy away all makeup and hairdressing items.
The Media Room
Bespoke media cupboards are becoming more and more a feature of our designs. Here bookmatched walnut veneer was used in this cabinet stretching the width of the room, and specially designed to house a drinks cabinet, TV and sound system, with shelves for display ad storage.
